I just went to town fair tire and order 4 toyo open country m/t for the fj. The 265/75-16 (32x10.5) will be here on tuesday just in time for the mabell trip. Any opinions on this tire? the side walls and lugs seemed decent, seems like a good tire. I tryed to get goodyear mtrs but they were on national back order. I already ran mtzs and km2s on the jeep so i figure ill give these a try.

I had the frame tabs welded on by Zullo and got the front arms mounted and adjusted today with the help of Erik Villa
Ive been very busy at work so i probably wont get time to install the rear arms till next weekend, i still have to get the truss welded on the rear axle. Another thing that is going to need work is going to be how to route my exhaust with the long arms, any suggestions? I took advantage of cyber monday and order 2 gallons of chassis saver for the price of 1, but i think im going to wait till it gets warmer out before i apply it.
Heres the poser shot of the long front arms, and short rear arms. MAD FLEX

I'll try to get pictures of mine. I just ran the stock down pipe and as soon as it turned towards the back I cut it, welded my cat right there and immediately after the cat I welded on a spintech muffler. I got the muffler from clayton. Super small and compact. Then I ran a turn down right after the of my t case skid. Its not much louder than before. I just didn't feel like rerouting it all the way to the back of the jeepHench
ATM anyone?

dynomax or magnaflow makes a small round muffler that may also work

I dont even run a turn down, just have a cherry-bomb thats tucked up and mounted to the skid. ends an inch or two after the skid, right under the passenger seat. never noticed the smell at all. only thing I will say is that Ive run this setup for a long time and exhaust starts to build up on everything after a while. I'll be looking to re-route my shit if I ever get back to building my rig. would rather have it out the back."Watching you work on your Jeep is like watching a doctor operate on a cadaver...

Didnt get as much done as i was hoping to this weekend, got stuck working most of the day saturday.
*Updates*
- Got the truss welded on the rear axle by justin at customcreationsllc.
- Bought a D44 housing off customcreationsllc just incase.
- Removed old exhaust system, and just left the cat on for now.
- Cut and grinded the old control arm mounts off the frame.
- Broke a rear brake line( the one that sits on the housing) during disassembly of D35. Guess im just going to have to buy the material bend it and flare it?
- Installed the rear arms on the frame side of axle, now just waiting for paint to dry on axle.
Now with me so busy at work i dont think i will have time to work on it till next weekend.
