hi steer is not so freindly to oil pans when you run little lift......

Ya, when your trackbar and drag link are only inches away from your oil pan they tend to make contact. Often. And the high steer required you to run heim joints. And TREs > heim joints.


So fred traded me stock knuckles for high steer knuckles and arms.
Then I traded kappy for knuckles with high steer arms for another set of stockers

WTF....When I called midcity I got quoted 8-9 dollars a foot for 1.75x.120 wall DOM. and I wanted 250' feet.

bump this. Who did you talk to, to get those prices?

I talked to several people, pretty much whoever answered. Price goes way down with more quantity but it was 100ft at $4.25

I called in to their "main" location and was told that this wasnt tube they normally stocked. They had .090 wall 1.75 for race cars but didnt stock .120 wall. Which I was told is why it was so expensive.
