Now that I wont be running h1s I've decided its a good idea to go back to non-hi-steer and get rid of all the problems of being low ans smashing steering/trackbars into my crankshaft.
This also gives me a great opportunity to get rid of the sloppy ass heim joints that didn't hold up for shit and get some tie rod ends in there. I've been lookin around and looks like I have no choice but to go to an inverted t style steering unfortunately. In any case my creeps will be here tomorrow!!! On the flip side of that the only rims I have are some 6" wide steelies and i really dont think a 14.5 tire is gonna fit on there. I'm lookin for 8" wide steels off any 1 ton truck so keep your eyes peeled.
Tubing bender is gettin ordered tomorrow so maybe cage building by the weekend?
It has sweet box rockers now and some other things that are nice, i'll get a sweet update goin soon

The heims Ruffstuff stocked were the same cheapo heims that Ballistic stocked, I forget the brand name. If you got a set of quality heims I don't think you would have that issue.
Edit: I'm pretty sure they were Midwest Control Product heims, I could be wrong though.Last edited by Even; 01-31-2010, 09:57 PM.
