just because he has welded for over an hour straight does not mean it has a long duty cycle. a duty cycle is ten minutes. if it has a 60% duty cycle it will put out full power for 6 minutes and need to rest for four minutes to cool down. going way over that puts stress on the welder and will cause overheating. leading to a short life expectancy of that welder.1996 xj, waggy 44 front 5.13 gears aussie trussed, 3 links, 3.5" coils, spooled 8.8 rear, 38" tsl sx's, tnt front bumper, jesus freaks rear bumper, Olympic top hat roof rack, bunch of dumb shit
