It really wasnt hard. I havent touched a soda or fast food all week. Been eating PB&J, chicken wraps from the chow hall, a salad, and a ham sandwich. Other than a cup of milk with breakfast, all Ive drank was water. And I ran about 10 miles this week. Was mucho easy. Gonna keep up the running and the water and the weight should keep shedding.

my biggest motivation to start running again was my room mate. He doesnt want to run alone, and neither do I. So we both come home from work and go to the track and run together. We are about the same speed so we run together and can push eachother to run more. Running alone sucks.

i keep gaining weight. it sucks. I wish I was like I was in high school. about 6'0" 185-190. than college came around and I gained about 20 or 30lbs. now in my third year Im about 240-245 and an inch taller. i need to start doing some exercise. I wish I had a gym membership at school but i cant justify spending 150 bucks for only 8 weeks of school left this year. its also a lack of motivation, but i think if i had a gym membership i would go.Last edited by CumminsJeep; 03-13-2009, 03:15 PM.
