    derek west's (RCQ winner) KOH buggy just burnt to nothing

    it looked like something failed with the fuel pressure regulator and/or the fuel rail at the rear driver side of the motor.

                  it seems like 2 of the fires could of easily could have been prevented with the use of safely switches.Alot of race divisions require the electric fuel pump power source must be tied in with the engine oil pressure switch,this shuts the motor off once there is no longer enough oil pressure.
