      Hurm...once again, logic trumps ego.

      Funny how that works out...

      Anyway, my one and only thing would be to have installed those JCR sliders when I first got them from Ben instead of Wheeling RC and destroying my rockers on the gauntlet. But I then sold them to Keith for what I paid for them so it wasn't all that bad...I guess...

        One, I wish I didn't buy an almost new jeep.
        Two, I wish I bought a DD car, saved money bought a cheap jeep, like an older xj, and built that.
        As far as the lift, I would've went long arm the first time, now i'm saving up for it.

          i would have spent a little more money on an xj with lower miles and more of a floor haha. also would have gone with a full lift kit with longarms rather than stacking spacers on zj springs and aal on shackles. like sam said, try to spend all the time it takes to fix something/do something right the first time rather than dealing with it when it fails...

            never really gone far enough to have regrets. only simple lifts and 33's. no axle swaps or anything. this new one is getting a budget boost and jks 1.25 body lift on 33's. only thing i might do is an 8.8 swap because i cant justify gearing a 35. but i'm also not really into bouncing off rocks and smashing everything up. i like just cruisin through the woods and finding new places.

                        It had nothing to do with my ego.

                        blah blah blah

                        Doing the 30/44 back then was still a viable option, but at that time I had already spent so much money it didn't seem worth it to me. In retrospect, I probably would have done it differently because I didn't see myself still in this situation this far down the road, but oh well. Live and learn.

                        The ideal scenario would have been to never even buy the Iroks, or these axles, and this whole fucking ordeal never would have taken place. Once I dumped that money, it turned into a vicious circle that got me deeper and deeper.

                            I'm sticking with the build.

                            I'm enlisting, so realistically I won't have any time in the near future to wheel a whole lot. When I get out and have some legit time on my hands, I'll have money.

                            Money = build resumes

                            This jeep is what I've always wanted, and I've already racked up a pretty good list of parts, so why turn back now?
