Well then you are off to a way better start than most.
You got the idea down, now practice practice practice with it. take a LOT of shots of each "series" of pose, and pick what one you feel looks best, and then replicate/build on that method from then on. and learn post process (editing) software (photoshop, lightroom, so on). different cars photograph differently (angles, distances, lighting)
anyone who tries to tell you post processing is "cheating" or not truly a part of photography doesnt know anything about photography

95 Yj 4.0, Flowmaster 40 series exhaust, Blue Hids and Yellow Fog Lights, K&N air filter, 2" Boomarang shackles, and sway bar and track bar removal.
VW's are fucking gay and so are the homos that drive/mod them...end of story.
I take that personally, I built that car and drove it. My tastes have changed in cars but I have never been gay . What do you drive that is so heterosexual?
I know nothing about photography, but the car looks good, glad you are enjoying it.

Let's do a proof:
assume: VW's and the people that drive them=gay
you drive vw's
therefore: you=gay
What "building" did you do to that car. Did you restore it or something?
I just don't like the yuppie homos with new GTI's who think their car is the best thing since sliced bread. They are front wheel drive and a royal pain in the ass to work on.
