When I first started working as a gunsmith, my bosses accountant sent me my W2 with all the wrong info. My SSN had only 5 digits in it and he totally botched my last name.

Something similar happened to me my first year at my job. I honestly think the manager forgot he hired me because I was the furthest person to our training yet I was the only person who didn't get a hotel room and he said "no one" was getting a hotel and then I got my W-2 back with the incorrect social
