My parents are getting ready to sell their house in Connecticut. Once my MoM is 65 yrs old in 1 year 5 months my DaD is retiring at age 68 & they are moving to Florida.

It's funny to see some of the young guys on here who can really leave anytime they want, stay. My wife and I talked about moving but we have 2 homes here and good jobs. So of you young pups need to get a move on and do better somewhere else.

I moved from Connecticut to New Hampshire middle of Dec 2012 and I am glad I did. I lucked out with a great group of friends in New Hampshire who helped me. But anyone who is thinking of moving, make sure you have a job to go to.

CT is stupid. I dont ever plan on making a million dollars a year so I will be leaving here and going somewhere where I can live comfortably and have the things I want in a house
