  • Recommend a cordless impact gun anyone?

Need something with some nut behind it, not looking for a 600 dollar snap on solution however.

Realistically itll be used to swap tires, and do general jeep work. I am not a mechanic so it wont be used more often than when i do maintenance or occasional mods.

I have an Ingersol Rand cordless one that is just as good as my Ingersol Rand Titanium air one. I wouldnt get anything else. I paid I think 450 or something. The thing is rated for the same reverse torque as my titanium, the batteries last a long time, and charge in 20 min. Ill be bringing it to OER if you wanna try it out.

97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.

I buy only IR stuff. air ratchets, air grinders, etc etc. I have an electric IR drill that uses the same batteries as the impact. I need to stop buying tools

I know you dont want to hear it but I have a snap on. I have had it probably 6 years. It will still take off every pinion nut, wheel nut and most anything else I put it on. For the time I have had it, I think its well, well worth the money.

jon galica's craftsmen 1/2 inch from sears does almost everything we need to pull off. it's light and particularly great for the quicker bolts like lugs. 100 bucks at sears i'm going to soon grab my own.
