    My old WJ's blower motor would stop and then i would reach down where the connector is (passenger side) while i was driving and wiggle it and it would start working again!

      I was going to mention this actually. I have seen a few dubs with this issue. you just have to clean up the connector or replace it

      97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.

        My WJ had this same issue, my problem was the blower resistor I would hit dash and it would blow . If its the blower its three screws and a plug the best part, don't have to take the dash out.

          based on what your finding it sounds like blower motor or switch. if it was the resister it would work on high. if it were the AC compressor or AC system at all it would still blow. the blend doors just switch the temperature but still blows as well. just confirming what you've noticed. good eye brian (props to who knows what that's from)

                    The blower motor resistors used to go bad all the time and it would melt the harness and plug that went into it.The dealership sells a repair harness so the whole dash harness wont need to be replaced.
