perfect explanation. its the same as the gun question, more people die every year from car accidents and drunk driving than ALL gun accidents and crimes. so that means we should make cars illegal.

I agree. Make cars illegal. Those damn things are dangerous! Jeeps should be outlawed first. The assholes who drive those have no respect for anyone. They jack them up and run over everything, tear up my damn front lawn, and make a ruckus driving through town. I don't know how those are legal.

I'm personally a fan of the "anything in moderation" isn't bad for you logic. I don't think anything is bad for you as long as you're not overdoing it. It's just the light people shine on things that gives them a bad rep which makes you look like a putz for doing them. Doing a line of coke is more acceptable than boiling heroin on a spoon and then injecting it into your vein.

You can argue all day and when it comes down to it nobody is right as nobody will ever agree. Just my two cents though.

I know you're thinking you're the debate master right now, but I'm gonna have to bring this discussion back into the light of reality and reason.

Your reasoning was that the substance can "only harm you and you alone," thus it should be legal.

I simply brought up that someone else could be "harmed" other than you, which would make your reasoning invalid. None of your evidence logically followed your original premise.

Come up with a new argument.

Yes i do. If they legalized it right now i know for fact i'm not going to try it. I doubt you will try it either.

I'd say any sensible person would realize that simply because it's legal, it doesn't change the effects the drug has on the body. If you want to abuse it, go for it. It's your life.

well im on the fence to be honest..it is an extremely potent and dangerous illicit drug. however i dont see personally to me or ill just bet ANYONE on this forum how it would make any difference that it were legal or not. someone who uses the stuff gets it either way. i cant tell weather or not the good will outweigh the bad. never seen the stuff in all honesty. never care to either.
