After spending the day on dickerman's I just had to join the fun. Here's my $16 and 45 minutes so far.

Props to Tim!! Showed up at my shop tonight with some sweet new parts, new front fork, new bearings for it as well and some 1 1/8" bearing races. I had to machine them down a bit to make them fit, but it was so worth it. Tim has pics of the machining process.

And he thought he needed to get me new races, nothing a lathe couldn't handle.
