For wheels, I pulled out an old pressure washer frame with the pneumatic tires and a decent hub design... just look for something in scrap that can be used. If you cant find any scrap wheels, you could even make your own wheels out of wood and pipe. Just cut round pieces of wood and stack them to fill the pvc, drill a centered hole through the wood and insert a piece of pipe to fit your axle. Grease the shit out of it and pin it to keep them on. Crude and cheap as shit, but should work in theory. Basically an old-school soapbox car type setup.

welded on some foot pegs, found rear tires, put front tire on...and installed the piece a la resistance. this thing is sick
