I don't really have any of the necessary tools at my disposal as far as building that goes... If anyone else is going to build them that way, we should do it together. haha.

What about the metal bar(s)? The middle one (in the tube) and the longer (threaded) one through the axle? How much could those cost?

the only thing that makes me thing is whats stopping that MDF from popping outtta the PVC when drifting...thats some dirt i dont want to eat...i like the idea of inflating wheels inside pipe better...

my frames done...and phil has pretty much all his parts...so id say 2 are done in deffinate so far...thats still more that your guesstimate even if you put it to the power of 10

the purple stuff is just primer for the glue, the actual PVC glue is clear or gray...just dont want you to primer your shit instead of gluing it hahaha....upon receiving this knowledge i think the MDF + PVC route will be how i make my rear tires...cheap and effective, plus i can go with an 8" wheel and not worry about finding a tire to fit inside
