Ballistic Fabrication has reduced its manufacturing product line drastically by cutting parts from their sku line up. Reducing the product line allows our company to free up time in almost every area. The design team will be able to work on more needed parts for the 4x4 industry, our laser and press brake will not be tied down with as many jobs for parts that end up sitting on the shelf.By eliminating so much of the added work, we will be able to focus more clearly on the needs and wants of our customers, and be able to process orders more quickly than ever because the parts the customer wants, will be on the shelf!
