I love offroad racing, but for some reason that stuff bores me. Watching trophy trucks drive around a little track with some jumps doesnt do it for me. Maybe it's just because Lucas Oil On The Edge has killed it. Nascar races are awesome to watch and I have never been to a race. I hate it when people say Nascar is just a bunch of left turns. I dont watch it much, but when I do I love it. Those races are intense. I always find it amazing how much goes into NASCAR and how to win a race in it.P8R

when it comes down to it, if i wasnt working media, i'd prefer an endurance race (like i assume you mean, pete)
half the fun is being "out there" and the epicness of man and machine overcoming the vastness of a place like the desert or forest
and FWIW, they arent trophy trucks- Will

You've obviously never gotten to watch, ride, or drive around Lime Rock.2000 XJ: "The Black Jeep"MK2 Jetta > M3Chairman of the Chechnyan Space Program

Just the style of racing I guess. I like the finesse and strategy that goes into NASCAR, not just balls to the wall recklessness these trucks do on a short course.
