My iPhone just works. Isnt glitchy. Does everything I want it to when I want it to. Had a blackberry. Sucked ass. Always froze and had to restart. Never had a droid but I can see where it could get glitchy using others ppls droids

I'm having the same dilemma now, except pull the Blackberry out of the equation. I have a blackberry now, and it's great for the work enviroment, but technology wise it's just not in the race anymore.

So IPhone or Droid? For those who have either, what are your opinions on them?
Good timing on the bump, I've been researching phones to replace my blackberry soon too! Love it and have hardly had any problems with it but it's time to move on. I'm going to wait for the iPhone 5 to come out to make my decision.

Does anyone have a droid you like that's on the smaller side? I don't want too big of a screen cause I'll definitely crack it. I drop my phone regularly. It's inevitable.

I have an iPhone and I'm debating on moving to BB Torch 2. I don't like the idea of open source stuff on a phone, it just begs to be super glitchy.

IMO steer clear of droid. I have never found them as smooth or intuitive at all.

I was I happy for 2 years with my iPhone 3GS. It took many many falls to the ground. A few baths in various substances. And quite a bit of jail-breaking. I'm amazed it still works as well as it dose.

Currently I have a blackberry torch 2 which I'm returning tomorrow. It's not awful but I'm phone shuffling until iPhone 5 (or 4GS or what ever there going to call it) comes out. I still have my eyes all over the Blackberry Bold 9900 (ATT) which hasn't made it out yet.

            :my 2 cents:

Ive got a blackberry torch and it absolutely sucks. Freezes all the time, and now I can only recieve texts but not send them. Go with the I Phone 4.

i have an original droid. love the thing to death...its twice as powerful if you know someone who knows how to root one like i did...then the real fun begins. for example, original droids were clocked at like 600mhz maybe 800mhz....mines running a full 1ghz so its as fast as a droid x or a droid 2. overall i hear REALLY good stuff about the droids and im a bit of an Android fanboy that kinda makes me biased towards it

the new iPhone gets announced October 5th. im prepared to be underwhelmed.....

some new phones running android being released right now, aka Samsung galaxy s2 and its variants (it got changed a little bit on each carrier). Verison is going to get a revamped one with LTE

                    Windows Phone...duh.
The new update makes it uber awesome.

But if your heart is set on the options listed, i'd go with the iPhone, I have run the iPhone, Droid System, and now windows. Taking windows out of the equation, the android system was fucking awful. I used the original iPhone for 4 yrs. It's beast...and only getting better.

Depends on the carrier, but there are definately smaller phones. I know at&t had an htc and a motorola that were thinner/smaller than an iPhone but not sure what newer ones they have. I was a huge fan of the Galaxy S until I sold it.

Ive had an iPhone 3GS for a while now and not a single complaint, ive dropped it quite a few times with no repercussions.. It's simple, functional, and the battery life ist horrible.

i have an iphone with an otterbox, i can proudly say that i throw my phone against the wall on a daily basis and it still functions as a smartphone so i highly recommend the iphone 4
