That eclipse is a ricer because it has a big ghey intercooler on it. Plus the cones are probably for lame "turning" maneuvers

i'd say depends on the body. if it has a body kit then yes. just an intercooler on a stock car means it may have other motor work. a fast eclipse isn't necessarily a ricer to me but then again look at my past cars
