Update on this. We distributed 25 letters to houses on our street and anyone who would have driven by the house on their way home and saw the jeep parked on the grass. We've got a very positive reaction from all the neighbors. We've had about 20 neighbors come over and introduce themselves to us and welcome us to the neighborhood. Couple people invited us over for dinner, people brought us deserts for thanksgiving, it has been pretty sweet. Everyone apologized for the one "asshole" who wrote us the letter and everyone got a kick out of the letter and laughed. About 9 people we talked to also have received multiple anonymous letters. One neighbor has collected about 18 of them so far. Our neighbors across the street got letters complaining about their rottweiler saying how it was a dangerous dog and not the type of dog to have in a neighborhood with kids in it. Over the next couple weeks, they had a car ( they thought it was a private investigator ) parked out front of their house all the time, taking pictures of their yard/family/and dog. A few weeks later, the dog ended up dead, poisoned. They never pursued the issue and just chocked it up as a loss. Apparently there is just one asshole neighbor. Whatever. Everyone else loves us now.

Haha Its all good, im actually trying to talk the owners of the house into selling it to me. Its a pretty badass house.

If the neighbor had knocked on the door and politely asked us not to park on the lawn, I would have smiled and kindly moved the jeep off the grass.

No leads as to who it is, they stay anonymous and send the letter through the mail and dont leave a return address. For all we know, the anonymous neighbor could have been one of the nice people who came up and introduced themselves to us and welcomed us to neighborhood. No way to find out who it is really.

And im not quite sure how parking on the grass lowers home value but just wait until we start throwing keggers with our entire work showing up. Cars parked on the lawn everywhere, music and shenanigans till 2 am. They will love us.
