the best part of the letter is where they say we have just been accumulating junk since the spring and have made no effort to clean it up

i havent added anything to my property since the spring...in fact we took two vanloads of stuff from our garage to the dump in the spring..and since then have had what little is there now....

I don't know about Fairfield, but around these parts you're allowed 1 unregistered vehicle on your property. So the most the police would be able to do, really, is ask nicely.
