I think your best bet would be to measure shit up after you bumpstop and trim, then see if you have enough room for 10's.

basically (with stock mounts)Originally posted by Burton58 View Posti was going to make a thread about this seeing as i want to get 5150's. thanks for saving me the trouble joe.
looks like 8" travel all around is ideal for 3.5" lift?
at 4" o lift and 8" shocks with high clearance mounts i bottomed them out constantly and broke some partsOriginally posted by JoeNitro View Posti think im going to go with 10 front and 8 rear because im going to make high clearance rear shock mounts...
only in frontOriginally posted by Even View PostSam can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure he ran 10's on 3".
I guess it also depends on what tires you plan on running, because that will effect bumpstops.
now i run stock length in back
my mounts are pretty much as low as you can go on the axle tube

those.... driver side for me was a bitch and a half, they give you the nuts with the poly HMDFTQKEODLEKDIV in them. and trying to do it without and extra hand or a large enough socket blew massive monkey nuts.Originally posted by Burton58 View Postotay bumping this. if i get the bilsteins i'm gonna need these gobshites up front right? rear should be good to go?

just double checking
i thinks i needs to order me some bilsteins real soon.No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.
