gear ratios for swaps

when looking into doing axle swaps, the gear ratio should be the same for the axle you swap in to avoid paying to gear it up. now the question: i have a 4:10 ratio, and i see dana 44s with a 4.11 ratio. is this the same? will a 4:10 front and 4:11 rear work? it might be a dumb question but i wasnt sure.
