Does anyone know where I would be able to get these? Would it be possible for me to cut my old ones off and reuse them?

personally i'd do a stiffener type deal, weld 3/16 to the bottom of the unibody rail and both sides, then make the new mount out of 1/4 and just weld it right up.No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.

ANYWAY
get these
http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/...ket-p-125.html
and get some 1/8-3/16" plate
drill lotsa holes in there.
significantly cover up/reinfoirce where the old mounts went then weld these to those as close to stock as you can.
the stock mounts are glued/bondoed/spot welded to the jeep, and while i suppose you could just weld some stock cut up brackets to it, I will never trust it and it is mucho lotso work.
