    wtf, why no TJ res shocks!!!

    what is the difference between TJ and XJ shocks?

      The mounts, stuff that you can make for less than the 130 bucks per shock your saving.

            no. all OEM style ones are stem top eye bottom

              the ZJ ones are 1" longer, and are 11" travel shocks. the XJ ones are 10s.

                  Couldn't afford the remote res, but did grab a set of 4 "Xtreme IAS" for 3" of lift for a grand total of $119

                          10" travel is what generally comes with 4.5" lifts

                              My point still stands. I could convert a stem to an eye or very easily vice versa or modify the body mount for less than a couple bucks, free in my garage.

                                Ok, so i measured the clearance i have as the jeep sits now. Shocks sit at 24" right now. ill be down to 21" at ride height with the new springs.

                                What size do i get?

                                also, id like the remote resi's, and could make larger shock towers if need be.
