I checked my computer here at my work (NAPA) and the footnotes say "Calipers may be reversed. check front or rear mount. Bleeder screw needs to be at the top when mounted."

both of you are right.

i just went down there and got all the guys at napa together and we went through the computer. apparently when you want this caliper for this year jeep, there are TWO under one part number, depending on what side of the rotor they mount on.

well regardless, the computer shows it for the specific part, 2 differently oriented calipers on 1 part number, and yes the passenger side is a different number

Everytime I had to do bleed my brakes was a bitch. I had to remove the caliper, but a block of wood in place then bleed the brakes.

seems that this caliper issue is common. Kevin has been having issues with calipers for my old d30 off my '87 cherokee. No one can seem to find him the right ones.

ended up modifying the knuckles to make them work...... they were very large and didn't fit well, but they work good now
