It wasnt hard. Just draw a line and keep to it. What do you plan on using to cut it?

its really easy to trim and it can be pretty close to exact you use a line left behind by the flare.

edit: caleb beat me to it. I used a grinder at first then tin snips later on. the tin snips worked nicely.

Id try it with an angle grinder or die grinder first because it will be easier to work with. A sawzall might catch the fender and bend it.

oh god don't sawzall it. The fender is too flimsy it just flaps all over the place and makes a lot of noise.

I personally don't like bushwackers on XJs. Fenderless XJs look a lot better than anything ive seen except maybe Flat fenders but thats another story. Just cut them and throw some fender trim on it. I think its fender trim.

Most of offroad driving is about drivers skill. We say go bigger tires because you will want them very soon. If you do 31s and learn to wheel in harder spots then you will know what your doing when you move up to bigger tires.

I've accepted the fact that my jeep isn't a formula 1 car. It keeps me out of trouble...sort of.

32s aren't going to be much different from 33s power wise. Like Dan said your jeeps isnt a formula car it wont go that fast. My jeep can go "fast" but im not a fan of it shaking at speeds and the milage. Some people dont like 33s with stock gears but some cant stand it. I know plenty of people who run 33s on stock gears(me included), I dont like it at all but its def tolerable and I have 3.07.

Ya i noticed all my buddys who get tickets dont have jeeps lol. but i still like to pass on the highway i think the rustys intake with the 6x9 k&n filter and the dynomax cat back exhoust should give me some power back to atleast feel like stock.
