rear bumpstop length?

I'm trying to figure out what size rear bumpstops to order now. When the rear tire completely tucks and mashes up against the quarter panel/fender i have about 6 inches between the axle tube and the uni-frame. My old bumpstops are gone so i can't measure from that point. The stock bumpstops are about 2" so i figured i'm going to have to buy a 4" extended bumpstop that requires me to figure out a way to mount it because it doesn't use the stock mounting points. Anybody got any info or ideas what to do?

they have adjustable bumpstop plates.

i run those with 37" tarz and quadratec 4.1" bumpstops and 2 plates installed.

I am trimmed to the spot welds and folded over and they are perfect like that.


I want a lil' smoother dampening effect though (needs moar lift) so i plan on running a poly bumpstop from the bottom to hit the rubber on top for a more progressive bumpstop
