ok so i just tried solving my vibes again with putting in a TW SYE on my 242 and new CV driveshaft and the vibes are EXACTLY the same...

with that and new gears, thats basically 2K i just spent to fix this problem and im over it, i drive 30+ miles a day with it 6 days a week at my new job and its getting real annoying..

realistically what do you guys think i could sell my WJ for as is, its got 96k on it...

-replaced bushings in rear suspension parts
      -messed with pinion angle
-front and rear rebuilt w/ 4.10s
      -SYE and CV shaft
-dropped my tranny pan didnt find anything unusual( not that that means there isnt sometihng wrong)
-i borrowed my neighbors tires/rims just to make sure it wasnt mine...

none of these things made any difference at all..

its clearly only in overdrive, its a night and day difference when the jeep goes into OD...people told me its the low torque or whatever when in OD causing the rear slip yoke to vibrate...did SYE and it didnt change one thing...

mine was buttery smooth on the way to rc

then "something" happened and now my t-case is about 1" to the left and it slaps my floor

yea with the front shaft out i still got vibes...what could be inside the tranny that would make it vibrate...

the vibes start as soon as i hit overdrive at 45 mph

Not much... its a 10/11 year old jeep.

X2... NEVER going to be as smooth as a stock jeep. Tires out of balance? Alignment off?
