My friends 99 cherokee long armed with dana 60s

Took it out for a test run a couple weeks ago, I got to ride along and was impressed. Its not done yet but everything seems to work well so far

99 cherokee, 4.0, auto, np231 SYE
Dana 60s from a 78 ford, 5.38s, detroit front, spool rear
Rustys 8 inch long arm
38.5" TSL SX on H1 wheels

A little taller and not the brand suspension of choice for most people on here, but I figured some people might like to check it out. My friends has little experience in fabricating and wanted to do this himself so it is nothing fancy. Here are some pics.

Lower her down to about 4.5-5" and bumpstop and i would hit it... just too tall for me...

I said the same thing when he was building it. I changed my mind once I rode in it, feels very stable

if you took it wheeling a few times you would probably change your mind, after i took my rusty's 8 inch kit to rausch i came to my senses

Nope not yet. He's got a pretty full plate (getting an electricians liscence) so the jeep sits in the driveway a lot. Hopefully it will be out some more this summer to really see how well it works
