I didn't even try and balance my Toyos and Aeros. I threw a 6oz or 8oz bag (I can't remember which) of Equal into each tire and have had no vibration issues up to 80+ mph. I did the same with Pete's non-beadlock Aeros and as far as I know they don't vibrate at all.

Sounds like the quality of the Allieds you got is shitty. i don't care what brand wheel it is, it should not be bent right out of the box

97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.

I bought a set of Eaton beadlocks for my zj and they were junk, the inner bead mounting surface was less than half an inch and the outer ring felt like it was made from sheet metal, they looked in no way safe or like they had the ability to hold the bead on.Bought them from national tire and wheel and they gave me shit about returning them,i had to pay to ship them back and they wacked me with a restocking fee saying the rims were damaged when i never even opened 3 of them.Dont buy Eatons.

Those methods are not pretty at all. Then again I like a 5 or 6 spoke, or soft 8 style
