Okay so my buddy has an 02 TJ 4.0 and i think he has a stuck lifter...possible to drop a 95 4.0 head in and be done? or are they that far different...i know his motor has the distributor-less setup. i have a 95 head that was in good shape when parked....makes a wicked knock on the front part of the motor, possibly #1 or #2...im pretty sure that going from 95 to 2002 wont work because of flow issues etc. suggestions?

Hell I dunno, I know you gotta pull the head anyway. That works though...too much bs to bother. Hopefully it holds together long enough for him to get it fixed, its not just the normal tick that they have,....its definately a malfunction of some sort of importance.-00 XJ. 3.5", 33s. Stuff
