EDIT: and in all my anger and frustration i fucking posted this in the wrong section, can someone move it plz sorry
so i went out yesterday with my brother and got some brake line etc for his jeep that were working on, now ive only really installed new pieces that were direct fitting to fitting replacements. ALL the brake lines on his jeep have been removed as not a single one was really worth patching. so we gutted it and got all the measurements.
ive been doing it exactly like this guy shows and it just doesnt wanna work.

one of two things happens, it either splits the brakeline or it doesnt give me a proper double flare. this could get quite agrevating unless i figure this out quick because we now must do ALL the lines before we can really get it out of the garage.
to the point of raging and saying this piece of shit has too much work involved/needs too much and scrapping the whole damn thing.
any tips would be helpful and much appreciated
