  • Temp Controller for fan?

just put a E Fan in my 2.5 yj, along with water pump and rad. runs awesome. i wired a relay to a lighted switch on the dash, but i would really like to automate it.

does anyone know of a part store that carries a sensor that will engage my fan at a set temp?

im not buying the 50 kit. so you need not mention that, it comes with wires, relays and so on.

just looking for a fan controller. universal

o0o and i might add, switching from solid stock fan ( locked with no clutch ) to this e fan. im running 150 temp instead of 210, and i have gobs more power.

now i just need to get my neon injectors in !

Yes it is just a temp switch you will need to find a coolant jacket or splice it into a hose.
There is usually an extra port on the engine.
you will need a guy that will work with you most guys just ask year make model etc.

you can also get them from places like summitracing.

I don't know if I would trust a temp sensor in the radiator, you want to know the temp of the engine not the radiator.
