        its a pretty strong set up, the 231 231 doublers tho ive heard blow up alot but the 231/300 doublers are much stronger, im looking into doing htis in the not to distant future

            So im just curious, but i heard you need to hack the floor to shit to get this setup stuffed under a TJ. anybody got any input on this?

              i dont think ive ever seen it done to a tj cuz it adds like 8 inches of drivetrain so the back driveshaft gets really short with alotta angle, i could be wrong tho

                231/300 combo is only 1/4" longer than a slip yoke 231, so it should fit in a tj just fine.

                  Yeah, its not an issue of drivetrain length, I know that, i just dont know if it will clear the floor or not without modification.

                    prob not, especially if you clock the 300 up... most people just put a jackstand under the offending area of the floor and lower the jeep onto it to reshape the floor a bit. (thats my plan at least)
