  • one ton steering and aussie install?

    Does that look right for which parts go where? And looking for someone who has done an assuie install in a 8.25

    You gotta flip that shit around, you have the tie rod attached where the drag link should go.

    The link with the long tierod should be parallel with the axle.

      That long rod end goes into the tie rod and short end goes into the drag link.

      and what about installing an Aussie in an 8.25?

            Follow the directions Aussie gives you. It is a pretty easy install

              if you are trying to do an inverted t...

              that big tie rod end with the hole in it goes from the passenger knuckle to the tie rod.

              the tie rod end you have in that big tie rod end with the hole in it belongs attatched to the drivers side knuckle.

              and the other 2 tie rod ends belong in the drag link. the shorter one belongs attatched to the pitman arm, the longer one attatched to that big tie rod end with the hole in it.

              (hope i didn't lose ya through that lol)
