Also remember that $179.95 is for the truss only.

all the nessesary upper mounts, lower mounts, coil buckets, and OTK trackbar mount adds up to $376.83 plus the cost of the truss.

total cost= $556.78 from tnt to put that axle under there and thats without shock tabs.

Most anyone is gonna charge you around $200 to cut off all the old stuff, prep the axle, and weld the new stuff on.

Also D44's have the same size u-joint as your dana 30. 9 times out of 10, the u-joint breaks on a dana 30 not the R&P or the splines of the axle shafts themselves.

Waggy axles are also 6 lug, so you need new wheels and adapters for the rear.

IMO money better spent on gears for the axles you have rather than going for dana 44's.

I have one, it's a quality kit. It's expensive to get one all done up like zullo said, but it takes 99% of the work out of the swap. Determine your caster angle and where the lower mounts should be, then burn it home. If you are interested in just the truss alone, I personally would suggest just building your own out of some box tube/plate.

Whether a 44 is a worthwile money pit depends on your plans for the jeep, they have their place.
