I know that GM tre's are probably of equal beef to a 3/4 or 7/8 Ruffstuff heim.

3/4 maybe, but a 7/8 heim is definetly stronger.

If you do go heims, do it once and go 7/8 with a 3/4" bolt through.

If your worrieabout lubrication and squeeking, get the rod end dust covers FK makes, seals out shitties, just fill with grease and go.
