    March 15, 2011

    Dear Aussie Locker Customer,

Recently you purchased an Aussie Locker XD58229 Chrysler 8.25 Aussie Locker. That locker has been shipped to you and shipping notification sent.

We just discovered that the packing configuration in Australia did not include a c-clip cam gear so there is no access to install the c-clip once you have the locker assembled in the case. Most, if not all, of the shipped lockers must have the c-clip cam gear for installation.

We are working with Australia at this time to get a schedule for a shipment of replacement cam gears. We are advising you of this problem prior to the receipt of the schedule so you do not start installation of the locker only to find that you cannot insert the c-clip.

We apologize for this error and want to assure you that we are working diligently to expedite the replacement cam gear.

You can contact us at customerservice@aussielocker.com with any questions on the program.

    Team Aussie

Im gonna convince them to give me a free d30 locker for my trouble

lol, being in the customer service field I can be pretty convincing. I figure it is going to cost them money to resolve the problem, I just voided my warranty admitedly so if anything ever happens they get off the hook to have to pay for it, and of course this is because of their mistake, so hey, with the cost saved from not shipping me replacement parts, and not having the liability of earranty on my existing locker, Ill pay shipping on a d30 model, hell even if I pay shipping plus $100.
