i just bought a 98 XJ and tonight was the first time driving it at night (just happened to be raining too). and noticed that my headlights are very dim, i feel i would have been better off just turning them off. Is this because they are the sealed units? would i be better off replacing with the halogen conversions?

I have been very happy with my silverstars. Cheap enough and give off enough light to make me think h4 conversions aren't worth it. I also just throw my hellas on in the rain for extra light.Originally posted by SwampAss View PostSounds like a typical stock xj. Get the high output Wagners or Silverstars.
