Nope, im putting a hitch on the bottom. My only "concern" is that the main part is 1/8" but the mounts are 1/4" and 3/16". I also have to put tie in on it.

i'm picking up a bumper from someone and i'm planning on welding on a set of d-ring mounts on it....you know were i can get them? or the 1'' piece i can use to make em?
