We cut the hinge pins, and dropped new pins in. He used 5/16 pins so u dont have to drill the hinges.

dis. the pins are long enough to go through both sides of the hinge, so it actually seats extremely well. i only measured an eighth of an inch drop at the back corner of the doors.

I started with having long pins that went through the top and bottom of the hinge. It was a bitch to get on/off, so I cut them down so it would only go in the top part of the hinge and it still didnt drop much.

i took an Epic Punch of Epicness (so named for size and weight) and punched in a clearance area above each hinge on the rear doors and they work fine so far... i may end up getting fed up with it but for now, it seems to work.

full doorless looks sick, i threw a 5/16 bolt in where the pins were for now on mine

plan to put a puller type pin through there

any pics of your "pin" setup with the doors on

switching yokes took the longest in swapping axles. took maybe an hour, hour and a half. first thing i did was Jeepspeed it on a dirt road- after doing stocker tire burnouts
