    Project: Back in the game 4 under $1k

    well if things go according to plan this will be an under 1000dollhair rig, to start off.

    Jeep
    91 Cherokee sport 2door 180k

    just picked up the new axles to swap out the vacume disco and d35.
    got a d30 and 8.25 3.55's 27spl.

    my plan is to do a 3" lift trim the fenders and run 33's. typical sis fashion.

    im gonna lock the f/r eventualy.

    i plan on swapin in the axles as soon as it stops rainin. ill get pics up as i go along.

    jeep as i picked it up.


    new axles on there way home.

    trimmed front fender.


    trimmed rear fender.


    high clearance quarters.




    trimmed bumper.


    holes in floor i gotta patch...





    gutted the rear interior.



    gotta figure out something to reinforce the leaf spring mount.

      is this the one on craigslist where the guy gave the whole story on him and his brother owning it for years. Also you missed a free one steve aluminum crawler was giving away

        woah seriously? I could have had a freep 2.0? goddamnit. Yeah that's the one though. The guy wrote his life story on there. Also you didn't trim nearly enough up front, at least from my experience.

            it is the one from craigslist wit the life story. and i trimmed it within 1" of where my 96 was and i never had an issue wit that so i think it will be fine. if not i can always go more.

                Haha that thing is identical to my 89
                98 Cherokee, D30/8.25 w/4.56s locked F/R -- 3 link front IRO springs rear with shackle relocation, one ton steering w/heims, hybrid cage under contruction, 33'' KM2's
