so i just replaced every brake pad

and the braking difference is amazazing. the rears will lock up at about half pedal, the fronts needing more, but i am happy with it.

also went driving for a bit, hit some fast dips and bumps and came to the conclusion i need to soften up my rearend. took out 2 leaves per side, and i got a massive headache, and bolted the jeep together and came inside, i'll find out how it rides tomorrow.

got some fun work to do this week:

pull aw4 and np 231.

while thats out weld in my upper control arm mount for my 3 link midarm i might do one day.

replace tranny mount

pound my floor up higher

replace tranny mount

new aw4 and i'm gonna go inside the np231 and see how erverythang looks.

fix my linkage issue

then at my leisure: build a trackbar with 7/8 heims

oh and my suspension was amazing at rc this weekend, i could cruise through those annoying blue trails at a steady speed and didn't notice how fast i was going until i noticed nobody was behind me

Do they get tied in to the front end frame stiffening at all (ie welded) or just bolt on? They look super beefy.

they tie into the engine block at a billiondy more points. the unibody part is beef enough
