Installed my mid stiffeners, t case skid, and built a tire carrier.

The welds are actually decent the texture from the undercoating makes them look like shit.

Oh wow time to clear some dust.

Couple pics from mabell also with the quarter guards added (ugly silver going away soon) Also underneath there's a tomken tranny/engine skid added.






Added a wristed radius arm style mid arm and fixed some rot.






Decided to make a grill hoop set up the other day.


The main hoop is 1.75" .134 wall and the light hoops are 1.25" they all go above the header pan for a little roll protection should that ever occur. And also no pics yet but installing a rockhard offroad cage tomorrow.

Thank you! lol I don't have any of them installed on hand right now actually. They aren't really all that special. The upper mount is changed to a bolt in joint that uses a 14mm bolt and doesn't give like rubber so I won't have to worry about axle wrap. And its only got a radius arm on one side and a lower link on the other.

Also have an update, Installed the rock hard cage last friday and on monday made up a rear diff glider and sleeved my tie rod.

I still have to change the ubolts and switch to button head bolts up on the snout.

Thanks! Since my last post I added some 12.5" tavel shocks, 1/4" barnes 4wd axle brackets for my control arms, rock lights and front stiffeners. And I just did some work on it today and this past weekend.

Installed my ebay light bar.






Also built a track bar... no pics







And finally the big project.

I got rid of the wristed radius arm and went to a three link with ruff stuff jk adjustable lowers.

2" .250 wall with a little bend for tire clearance.


1.25" heims seem to amaze me with how big they are.


My upper link from the radius arm is 16.5 inchs making it 71% of the lowers (23.25" idk i guess its better for anti dive) So I made a bracket and tacked it in and cycled the suspension and it cycles great with very little pinion angle change. So I burned it in all the way and gusseted it for das strength.







All done with some stupid silver paint.
