    The list for today while I have 2 days off :

    1) Replace fan shroud
    2) Routine maintenance (Oil...etc.)
    3) Sway Bar bushings

    ...and find out where my leafs are

      Old bushing on the left.....new on the right. Drives much better in the front now....but the rear U-Joint needs to go soon. Wobble still present.

        Front shocks got replaced today....Then I tried the rear...

        Long story short, bolts snapped...no access to an air hammer so I cut the floor out, chiseled the welded nuts off and installed new hardware. Sad part is the shocks that I picked up (Freebies so not a big deal) don't fit. So the old one went back in for now.

        On the plus side, riveted in a piece of metal to cover the gap created by the rotted quarter. However, that gap completely ruined the carpet.

          Small update from yesterday: New oil pressure switch installed and now that electrical issue is gone. Now, I have 2 left: The blower motor resistor, and now the gas gauge doesn't want to work all the time.

            Good update from yesterday: Finally got my leaf's and also some BPE's. Now the fun part: Finding a day to put them in, and seeing who wants to help me out

              BPE's were installed today....There are pictures, but I'll wait until the forum is back to full speed.

              Re-gained 1-1/8", but still need to get the bad leaf's out.

                  Well......Long story short, it died this morning. It's electrical, so tomorrow's project is trying to get it running again.

                  Thankfully, I got a parts XJ to go through for parts.

                    After picking parts, buying a new tps, and many grounds cleaned later....

                    It lives. Mostly. Runs fine, but is very weak at start-up. New battery is on the list.

                      May have found the issue....The harness going to the starter is frayed on the solenoid end, and is also covered in old gunk. That's the next item on the agenda.

                      Also, went to change the belt finally, and.....the belt a friend gave me wasn't even close to the one I needed New one is now on the list.

                          Update: Brakes are done, resistor is replaced, rear floor cleaned and lined, cut-outs for bpe's patched up. Next are the u-joints....and then it's finally time for the leaf's and getting the 31's mounted on the ZJ wheels.
