I got a free 96 xj so plans are to fix the transmission in that then sell the f350. Is that a bad idea?

Never mind on that the unibody on this free jeeps not in good shape. It also needs more work than I want to put in.
But more importantly
We pulled the axle because we needed to measure some of the brackets then we slapped it back in
