ive got a set of the Delta H4 conversions. what an improvement, and it gives you limitless options for colors and brightness etc. just gotta watch how much juice you put to them because itll screw with your fuses/switches/harnesses. at the moment im running 90w low/110w high bulbs....FAR too much lol but theyre bright.Originally posted by Hydra View Post-00 XJ. 3.5", 33s. Swapped the 242 out for an SYE'd 231 recently (huge thanks to Dizzy and Phil for tackling this, as I have been traveling for work relentlessly lately.)
The 242 was internally flawed somehow, have to tear it down to see.
Aside from that, this Jeep continues to work well for what it was meant to to do...overlanding and exploration. Couldnt be more happy with this build. Next up should be a rear disc conversion. (Explorer?)

Another step closer to Overland XJ status.
2004 WJ Overland wood grain steering wheel. And for the sake of tech...if you are putting one of these in an XJ, you need to source an airbag from a 99-01 WJ as they are the only ones with a single connector, versus the 2 plugs in the 02-04s.
