Thanks guys. In the process of a 200 amp service upgrade and new kitchen project so probably won't build the axles for a month or so (HP30, D44).

I scored a used ARB and Yukon chromo shafts (D30) from Pirate for a smokin deal. Regearing to 4.88s. My father is helping me with the front, then hopefully do the rear myself. Going ARB rear, and disk brakes.

Finally a quick update. Got my kitchen 99% done after gutting it to the studs. Then after spending too much time and money on a Civic daily driver (40 MPG), I can get back to the Jeep.

I'm selling the front and rear bumpers I built to my friend. My new bumpers will be save weight and improve the approach and departure angles.

Also started stripping down the HP30. Going to get 4.88s, ARB, new ball joints, Currie JJ housing kit, control arm skids, raised sway bar mounts to flip the tie rod, and a Riddler cover.

My father and I built a case spreader for the ARB installs

Raised swaybar mounts to flip the tierod to the top of the knuckle on the driver side.

Notched the housing for added oil drainage.

And finally 4.88s and the ARB. Still need to press on the new bearings but the pattern came out mint. Also need to spread the housing and add more preload.

Should be ordering the gears and ARB for the rear in another couple weeks, then all that is left is outboarding the rear shocks.

A few updates. Got the Currie/Savvy steering, rear gears and ARB, Brake Wizard ebrake brackets, and Ten Factory shafts front and rear. I was hoping for Superiors, but couldn't find them in stock anywhere and got tired of waiting.

Building the rear end next week, then doing the upper rear perches and outboarding the shocks.

Yup. Going to do that when I outboard the shocks. Hopefully the mounts aren't too rotted.

Future mods will be cage additions, CJ tailgate, tube fenders (highline?), and some more armor as I need it.

Added drainage notches (That is the bottom). The ARB housing blocks off the axle tubes and if these notches aren't added the gear oil gets trapped in the axle tubes, pressurizes and forced out the breather.

Rear ARB and gears installed. Need to spread the housing and add more preload, seals etc.

Also just ordered 10" travel Bilsteins for the rear.

                                Updates:

                                Rear brakelines

Genright relocated upper spring perches, Currie bumpstops, rear disk conversion with flipped calipers (Brake Wizard e-brake brackets)

                                Outboarded 10" travel Bilsteins

Scored a set of used MCE Flat fenders. Mocked up. Still need to install the LED turn signals.

I started breaking in the gears last night with a couple short drives and long cool offs.

                                Whats left:

Wire the compressor and mount the switches

swap my JKS rear trackbar for the new Savvy trackbar (JKS hits the crossmember, POS)

                                add turn signals

build new bumper and install winch

                                Rust proofing and undercoating

                                wheel
